Take a wonderful break and visit Bryn Bwthyn, located on a working sheep farm in the Black Mountains. A newly converted cottage adjoining the Meeting House, it offers a modern interior retaining many original features.

The holiday houses are situated near Hay-on-Wye, just 3/4 mile from the Hay Festival site. They have spectacular, unspoilt views from the houses and gardens stretching as far as the Brecon Beacons. They boast peaceful surroundings and are perfect for families, adventurers, walkers and book lovers alike.

ACCOMMODATION

Sleeps 8, with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms

The cottage is fully fitted for family self-catering accommodation. It has 4 bedrooms: 2 double rooms and 2 twin rooms (which have the option of being made into 2 double beds) and three bathrooms.

On the first floor there are two living rooms each with sofas, a new flat screen LED TV, DVD and basic Sky. In the larger living room there is a large wood burning stove.
The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of storage space and a double oven, electric hob, microwave, large fridge, dishwasher and table and chairs; there is an outside patio for your BBQ and summer dining and a raised woodland garden above the house. Dogs allowed (supplement of £20).

RELAX

Take your drinks out on the terrace… steps lead up from the patio to a woodland garden which is a secluded sun trap above the house and has amazing views across the valley.
